My mom and I both take Biotin for our hair and nails. Due to the gastric bypass my moms hair is extremely thin and for me because I have had so many kids back to back (along with breastfeeding) my hair has gotten extremely thin. I know when I go to have the VSG surgery my hair will fall out. It is all a part of the process but I know with the use of Biotin then I will be able to help overcome that side effect a lot faster :)I hate how all the other Biotin supplements are enormous and so hard to swallow. Especially when you add them into my regimen of other vitamins. I like how small these are compared to all the others. Although the bottle is a little large considering how few capsules there are.
